Deepdale- Preston North End FC Ground Guide
How Easy Was The Ground to Get To (from the station, by car, etc)
I know Preston quite well, and would recommend not coming off at junction 31, as the traffic is so bad, even though its the nearest junction! The station is in the city centre and a very long way away.
If Applicable, How is Parking Near The Ground?
There is some street parking, but most of it is more available in or on the other side of Moor Park. I usually park on Moor Park Avenue, and approach the ground from the city centre, just because it then cuts out the traffic from nearer the ground.
Based on Where You Were Sat, How Was the View?
The ground has now been redeveloped on all sides, good views and very steep all round. Ive been on all four sides, though only in the Pavillion Stand before it was redeveloped and was still an old terrace!
How Were The Stewards on The Day?
Never noticed them, so good.
If You Ate at The Ground, How Would You Rate the Food?
Never ate in the ground.
How Was The Atmosphere At The Ground, From Both Sets of Supporters? Does the Stadium Hold the Noise?
Its been fairly poor on all my visits.
How Are the Pubs and Local Attractions in The Local Area?
The retail park across the road is probably best bet for food, while there are a couple of pubs called Sumners and the Garrison just up Deepdale Road.
Overall Score Out of 10?
Location isnt great, but the ground is decent.
7/10
