It's about seeing out games. We get into good positions but don't have the nerve to see it out.

Players and management have to take responsibility for that.

Do Bristol City players take ket in the changing room at half time?
Probably, sounded like they were steroids in the first half as well.

Will wait to see the highlights, but Johnson set us up tactically that saw us 3-0 up, maybe someone who was there can comment on our tactics when we were 3 up, but whether its a case of wrong tactics or players just bottling it. I would have taken a point away at Derby as gutting as throwing away a three goal lead is. Signs are there of improvement by the seems of it.

Based on what? A fucking dire, scared shitless performance against Rotherham last week and a complete collapse today.

I have returned, just in time for this game that we're definitely not going to get hammered in....

Ciderup to clarify, I was banned because I deleted antagonistic comments made by TractorBoys in the Bristol City vs Rotherham thread. I replied to his PM in which he told me to not delete staff content and told him he was being a tit and driving paying members away from the forum, but seemingly it doesn't bother him.

Read your posts in the City thread earlier mate, very interesting and we'll soon find out I imagine.

P.S. Walkley_Owl I love you too

Im with you there JJH. I have no interest in reading childish, dull comments like the ones TractorBoys has been persistantly posting and to be honest its part of the reason why I dont often bother with forums like this anymore. Still, as you say it obviously doesnt bother him which for a member of staff is shocking.

As for the game, called it at halftime. Woke up from my nap to see we were 3-0 up and I was pretty much emotionless because it was so predictable. We can now add "throwing away a 3-0 lead" to the long list of horrifying experiences we've had supporting this club. What next I wonder?

You're not alone mate, several others have said the same.

Good business model I suppose, especially when several others won't donate because they're aware of the admins gambling addictions.

I'm not prepared to get into a pissing fight, but two quick points; the site actually earns considerably more from none paying members through adverts (adblock aside, far dos) than site supporters- that feature is there for people if they don't want the ads (Edit: That does not mean we don't appreciate the support BTW, it works both ways, and the site supporter payments go to my PayPal account if anyone cares). Secondly, anything relating to gambling addiction (I have no idea whether it's complete bollocks nor do I care) is not aimed at me so discussing it on the public forums isn't my top concern, but it may concern another admin so I would tread carefully as you've obviously returned after your ban and that suggests you want to stay. That's not a threat, and certainly not one from me, it's just the way I view it from the outside.

Other than those two points, as you were. It doesn't need to be discussed (on my part anyway) any further. Unlucky today.

I'm gonna pay the forum to delete your posts when you beat us on Tuesday and cause the biggest meltdown in internet history on WACCOE.

By the sounds of it today Taylor had the chance to make it 4-1 with an open goal, Johnson can hardly effect Taylor's ability to stick it in the net. I said I'd wait to see highlights and read whether it was his poor tactics when we were leading or whether the players bottled it with Johnson having set the team up well.

Annoyingly Goldbourne has just about made contact and given Ince reason to go down, personally don't feel there's enough contact to warrant a penalty and he's gone down looking for it, but that's Goldbourne's error.

I didn't think it was a penalty at first but it looks like the ref got it right, Golbourne swiped his right ankle, definite foul.

Yeah, was going to say. As a Bristol City fan has posted that gif they obviously don't think it was a penalty, looks a certain one from that.

I understand why it was given, there was contact and he's given the ref a decision to make. But I think Ince has thrown himself to the ground, the way he goes down just doesn't seem natural with the contact, but goes back to the first point don't make contact and you can't give away the penalty.

Just seen Taylor's miss :ffs:

That was diabolical. First half, a Conference side would have faired better than we did. Second wasn't much better, and was only when we equalised that we looked like we had anything about us. No idea where that comeback came from, given the continued performance.

As for Taylor's miss at 3-1....HOW?!?!? Miss of the season!

Anyway, we're not good enough to make the playoffs. Can we end the season now please?

Fucking Golbourne; Wolves fans told us he was great, he's absolutely woeful. Can't stand him.
