I'd actually watch a fight between a ram and a tiger.

Not sure if I'll be watching as I'll be in Warsaw with friends who don't really like football. Anyway. Looking forward to it.

With Thorne's injury, we don't stand a chance here anymore. Completely pointless even playing the two games given Hull already have their place at Wembley booked.

4-1 aggregate win for Hull.

The mighty Rams!!!
Thorne is a massive loss -not just because of the player he is but because wassle has to change it around. Hughes is wasted there and wants to creep forward leaving us too exposed, Hendrick has been tried there about 3 years running and is dreadful do that leaves johnson who isn't really fit yet. It's a hard one but for all the money we've spent, it's criminal that the club/management haven't got the foresight to bring in a understudy for either Thorne or Martin who, if play poorly or injured we are up shit creek

1-1 on Saturday at the iPro, 2-0 at the KC.

Losing one player isn't going to solely lose us this tie but there's no hiding he's going to be a massive miss in our two biggest games of the season. He was absolutely class home and away vs these this year.

This is a bit early for the Derby bottle to start.

Not really bothered about this tie as I want the winners of Wednesday and Brighton to go up but I would be lying if I said I wasn't enjoying this Derby balls up just a little bit.

Hull fans just singing 'Sheffield Wednesday, we're coming for you' is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever heard sung at football though.

Bradley Johnson cost £6m. He is fucking awful. Can't pass, won't tackle, doesn't do anything going forward.

(Cue him scoring a worldie now)

There's something quite humorous about watching Derby bottle it each year :D

On another note, how much weight has Steve Bruce put on!!?! Jeez.

Quite a big difference between the 2 sides today I think, Derby's team is just full of tippy tappy, lightweight midfielders who just like passing sideways, so easy for Hull.

Well that was a complete waste of time, missing out on the play offs was the one.

Our sky sports games have been absolutely peppered with mistakes and deflections this year, glad I can't catch the game Tuesday as it's just going to be one big Wembley party which will probably include a few Hull goals. Wouldn't be surprised if the full allocation don't go, fans clearly not behind this team and coaching set up.

Onto the Euro's... Come on England.

Ince failing to beat the first man with that corner, could prove very very costly. A basic requirement of a corner!

You are every year anyway.

Get that away end extended sharpish.
Even more so this time round as it will be on level terms in a competitive match.
They will have to move sharpish on the away end ! It will near on be impossible to segregate the fans with so many Rams fans living in Burton.

I can only imagine the frustration of the Derby fans on here, after a good season they just didn't turn up today.

Debatable.

Hasn't felt like a good season to me, just one where we've stuttered along. I'd like to say we've fluked our way into the top 6 but when you look how far behind everyone else is it's quite scary that we're apparently the 5th best team in the league.

I'm guessing a lot of fans feel the same way, judging by the lack of home support for the biggest game at the iPro all year.

I'm going to say that score line is very optimistic Rammy. And I thought you were a pessimistic sod you......

Rather Hull go up, furthest trip and just find them a bit dull.

It sounds about right - I reckon Derby will get a result there to salvage a bit of pride but it won't be anywhere near enough.

Does anyone know if any team has overturned a three goal deficit away from home in a two-legged tie? It's happened a few times with teams trailing by two goals (as Forest will know!), and teams have managed to win ties at home after going three or more goals down away, but as far as I remember, never after going down by a similar margin in the home leg.

2-0 up going into the home leg against Yeovil. Lost 5-2

3-1 up with 8 minutes to go against Sheffield United away, lost 4-3.

It ain't over, but they need a goal early.

Didn't expect it at all. We've looked shaky against most of the better sides this year and got turned over easily twice by Derby. Perfect result, should be tie done.
