Determinants of demand within the English Football League (EFL) questionnaire

The aim of the study is to investigate the current demand for live matches in the English Football League and the determinants of attendance. The purpose of this study is to understand why football fans attend or do not attend league games and will be submitted as part of my BA (Hons) Sport Business Management Degree at Leeds Beckett University. The questionnaire itself takes around 5 minutes to complete and any responses will be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions just ask! Done, could do with more detail in the how often do you attend games... league games, in a season I presume?
