Yes, Chelsea gains 60m (what did they pay for him back then? 20 m? ). So this is a win win situation. Chelsea can gain money (a poor club it is I've heard ) and Oscar plays in the future in a better league

He was a good player but never seemed to develop and improve from the promising youngster tag he was given. Gave us a few good moments like against Juventus but it's stupid money for either us or him to say no.

For chelsea it's a great deal. For the player he earns stacks loads but his chances of being a top player have surely gone. But he's young enough to play there for 3 years and then head back to europe and still work his way up. The italian clubs certainly keep an eye on the chinese leagues for that kind of talent in players.

It's a happy ending for both parties but such a shame to waste his young days as a player in Chinese league, he should've stay on Europe even if it's not with Chelsea.
