I'm going to put my reputation on the line here, but I could see this ending in an MK Dons victory.

How the hell did the Dons play so badly last week against us that they didn't have a shot until the 85th min. Glad they did though.

Yep, another steamrollering, but in fairness to O's they actually looked like a decent side for twenty minutes. Caused us problems, stretched us and asked questions. Once we got one, two followed and it was all over ten minutes later.

Only disappointment was not getting a goal for Cole and Hitchcock.

An expected result as I said, our players heads went at 2-0. The only grumble I have is that the penalty looked like a dive from where I was.

MK were miles and miles ahead. 4th goal was an absoulte peach of a finish and a contender for goal of the season.

Second half was as I expected, the game has gone and players from both sides preparing for Tuesday night.

Agree about the 4th, but have a horrible feeling it was deflected. If not, it did something unbelievable mid air!

Yep, never a pen, but the ref evened it up second half by denying us a stoner.

I still don't understand how you're in the trouble you are. We've given out some hidings like that all season, and it's usually a representation of the opposition, but you looked tidy in possession, strong up top and caused us issues. Seen a lot worse.

Complete performance today, good movement all over the pitch. Baker and Hall were a different class today.

Orient didn't offer too much but your goal was pretty impressive.
Good support as well and I very much enjoyed your chant of: We want two! We want two!

Jay Simpson was very good I thought.

My favourite was Plasmati, he was so stereotypically Italian I found myself watching him just walk around in the second half. Moaning with his arms outstretched mostly in that European way.

Key thing for me was we got to rest some players towards the end in readiness for Tuesday.

The heads went at 3-0, the game was virtually sacked off before a ball was kicked due to our game in hand Tuesday.

We have 4 Centre halfs playing in our defence - the 2 full backs "can play there" but ultimately they need to have the right team around them to at least look comfortable and they haven't for most of the season.

Jay Simpson is still a very good player, the fact Liverani hasn't played him since he came back in February is a joke.

Credit does have to go to MK, by far the best attacking side I've seen this season, we did similar to Gillingham last season beating them 5-1 on our own patch when we were scoring for fun with hight confidence.

First time we've conceded six since January 2002.

I've resigned myself to the play offs to be fair, if we win all 3 it'll be amazing but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Well at the start of the season I predicted Bristol City 1st and you 2nd. I stick by it, I just can't see us overtaking you no matter how shakey you are atm.

An emphatic win, and the pressure is very much kept on PNE.

What makes it interesting, is that Preston are now starting to get edgy and look over their shoulders at you and say 'we could bottle this' - whereas MK are looking up with the momentum going 'we could really do this' and are playing with nothing to lose, as it's not theirs to throw away.

Let's see how it pans out - MK might be asking Swindon for a few favours next week!

The weekend gets better our little blond belter Ben Reeves originally out for the season may be back for Rochdale.

Another key player for the Play-offs.

As you hint, I'd say the play offs is more relevant than the remaining two league games. We've seen all season how long it takes Reeves' to get up to speed when coming back from an injury and with the form of Lewis Baker and Carruthers, I'd only be looking to give Reeves' brief cameo's unless the Yeovil game becomes a dead rubber.
