Rotherham at home Tuesday where we can try and put 10 men behind the ball again and try and get a 0-0.
Bored with it.

Unreal performance from us today, such a superb away day. Fully deserved the win and scored two excellent goals, especially Smith’s header. My first (and only) away game of the season, cracking atmosphere. Loved it.

This season has been nothing short of superb. Beating Newcastle, Portsmouth, Ipswich and Wigan away is an incredible return. Sunderland next away game, bring it on.
Amazing that, apart from Donny, you are still the only team we have done the double over this season....weird.

A bit like Donny's wins over MK and Sunderland, I suppose.

I agree that it is between us, Morecambe and Fleetwood as to who goes down as I think the Wombles will be broken by the Crewe defeat. Unfortunately for us, that probably means that Fleetwood will beat them pretty easily in the next game, which makes a win today all the more essential.

We have lost Eisa for the rest of the season. Not the best time to lose your No.1 striker with the run in and play offs looming. Ah well, look on the bright side, It'a s ready made excuse for when we implode. :woot:

Depends which Cheltenham turn up. The one that wants to secure the highest position in the club's history and seal itself as our best ever team, or the one that's on the beach because we're already safe.
So far it looks like shite on the beach Cheltenham. Also looks like the usual shite referee (booking for diving despite not even appealing for a penalty??)

Wow Cheltenham, can we play you every week? Dreadful at the back and nothing up front. Expecting much more from Etete and May. How Etete missed the open goal? I can see why you concede so many, could and should have been more. Pleased we're safe and a clean sheet to boot. 8,400 home fans is ridiculous for a nothing game.

Well it sounded like a battle out there, let's be honest that's what is was and should have been. Better point for us than Gills, comon on fellas there's more excitement at the bottom than top

Wombles at the weekend and we have a dreadful home record against them. Then 2 winnable games Owls at home and Trotters away,......

Yep, arguably our worst performance of the season (though we've had a few, see also 0-5s v Cambridge and Sunderland). We tried four at the back and a diamond midfield but the formation and selection was just all wrong, Hutchinson badly exposed at LB and the midfield were all dreadful.

Etete was about the only one to come out with any credit for me, although as you say he fluffed an absolute sitter which doesn't help. Think Alfie May had about 3 touches all game.

We'll lose the majority of our best players this summer and based on today we're going to need to recruit very, very well because those players today weren't anywhere near good enough.

In total shock! 3 up in 20 minutes and could easily have 6 or 7 by half time.
Cheltenham were definitely on the beach ⛱
Etete could played until midnight and wouldn't have scored
Look so much better without Maguire in the team slowing us down acting the twat.

Have to agree. Great game by House in midfield. Slotted in seamlessly

Yeah, no idea how i've not seen MK Dons there, it'll be mad if Rotherham fuck this up after storming it for so long.
Make or break for us tonight to keep our auto hopes alive. A win or at least getting points over Rotherham is a must. Trouble of course is Oxford need a win desperatly as well. If we don't, I think it will be playoffs and TBH, I really can't see us getting through that way. Pessimistic sod me!

Wednesday should tonk Crewe. Wigan should beat Ipswich who are still crap. I can't see Rotherham losing either.

I’m sorry to say we will not be doing you any favours tonight. Awaiting the team news but expecting another 7 defenders and a tactic to play for our fourth consecutive 0-0. It will backfire tonight and we will lose 3-0.
Which frustrates me, as we have some good players who are not even on the bench as JfH continues to lose the plot and draw every game. It’s bonkers.
If we put our 4 strikers out, and changed the formation we could at least give them a good go - early season we looked impressive, so to see us fall away so badly is depressing.
I think if you are going to get promoted automatically, tonight is not going to be the moment it turns back in your favour sadly for you.

Tonight's game screams banana skin for us, the pressure for the play offs combined with Crewe having zero to play for now so they can just go out there and give it a go but I do expect us to win which will move us up to fourth.

Away to the Invincibles tonight. A ridiculously long run without a win against Ipswich, one of those weird records were despite two teams being fairly similar strength wise for many years, one just cannot lose against the other. Fully expecting another Portman Road loss, think I would rather even play bloody Man City over Ipswich, considering we can actually beat them.

Fuck me have we gone back in time to December? Marvin Johnson at centre half again. A couple of strange changes tonight from Moore. It’s on him if this goes balls up.

We’ve made seven changes tonight from the side that beat Wigan on Saturday. I’m not surprised as they all put a massive shift in and we’ve got Sunderland away on Saturday which will require another big effort. Three youth teamers in the first team too.

Back down to earth for Rotherham tonight at Burton.

Mk lost as well.

Wigan draw at Ipswich probably means they are all but up.
