Having watched it, Spear's right (no really). Cameron has Miliband by the balls on this "weaponise the NHS" quote. A stupid thing to say in the first place really, but after Nick Robinson exposed it, I think Miliband should have come out fighting and said he's been forced into this because it's essential to save the NHS and he'll do whatever it takes.
All that is my inner SpAd talking, of course. In reality there's very little between the two parties on the NHS. They both welcome private sector involvement despite Labour trying to claim otherwise.
Green policy is probably your best best if you want Nordic style healthcare. Even UKIP's (current - every chance it could change in future) NHS policy resembles a social democratic solution more closely than that of Labour.
