That one went today, nothing after and then only 1 train back

Can't find any info saying the strikes would be cancelled

Apologies, it was the threat of air strikes that had been lifted not trains

Going to be chaos but I reckon it will be sorted soon. We've got quite a late train from Paris to Lens. Many of you lot stopping in Paris?

I can't decide if all the trains will be on as it would cause chaos and the French police won't want thousands of England and Wales fans stranded, plus the risk of major trouble or that the railways would see this as a major coup in getting what they want

You got the wrong end of the stick. The train strike is minor and only provoked by one union - granted the biggest - but trains will run without too much worry in the country in the coming week and once the Euros start the trains should run smoothly. And even if they don't, no big deal: you can pretty much jump on any train you want. And there's no way they'll be a complete strike.

However, Air France's union is threatening to go on strike from June 10 to June 14 which is worrying for those of you flying there (I imagine that most flights will be Easyjet/Ryanair though). The government should make the necessary adjustments for that not to happen though.

Yeah we are there for 3 nights after Marseille. Got no chance of anywhere in Lens so opted for next best.
