Right, so Game week 2 is now underway meaning that attention turns to gaining advantages for the 3rd game week.

Advantage task 3 - Identify the European Championships figures

Time to see how well you know the faces of the Euros over the years. It's identify the famous people of the European Championships time.

Who?
All of the people you will see have been a part of the European Championships over the course of it's history.

What?
You will be sent 15 images in your PMs. You have 30 minutes in your PM to identify as many of them as you can. You will need to bold their full name to be given a point. My advice would be 'bold as you answer them'. I always take the final bolded answer so if you answer differently 10 minutes later, I will take that over the previous answer. At least if you bold, you enter something.

Also, although I'm sure you'll all probably finish it now, I'm not expecting you to guess 15 images in 30 minutes. It's 'as many as you can' after all.

When?

This will begin at 7.30pm and will have staggered 1 minute times for each team.

Scoring
Although I suppose this is down to opinion, I have graded each image on a scale of 1-3 in terms of difficulty (1 being easy, 3 being hard). These will also make up the points. So getting a level1 image right gives you 1 points, getting a level 2 image will get you 2 points and a level 3 image, 3 points. This is all down to my interpretation obviously so if you find the 3 pointers easier, then you're in luck.

At the end, your total score will be added together and we'll see how you stack up compared to other teams.


Advantages

Just short of revealing what the advantages are, they will be scaled on this occasion rather than a top 3. So even if you finish 5th, you will get an advantage over the 6th placed side. 4th will have it better than 5th and 6th etc. Obviously the higher you finish, the better off you'll be for the main game round.

This will take place Thursday evening, starting at 7.30. Hope to see many of you online competing for your team!

Wow, that late Payet goal really hurt Casillas and Deschamps who lose 10 points from the other 4 teams. Deschamps actually already can't finish in 1st as their potential score is lower than Olsen's already. Casillas can only come joint top and that would take some doing. Still, there's no reason why they can't finish in the middle somewhere and get a respectable points haul if their scenarios come in and a few of the others don't.
