Deschamps and Casillas finally make the leaderboard. In particular, a good night for Casillas who have a good chance of adding £4 to that total if Sweden or ROI fail to win tomorrow which would mean Turkey qualify. Another shocker for Klinsmann who have their sole hopes of points resting on a Hungary win.
A poor night for Gullit who have seen a lot of their bets fail to come in. They will need a good end to catch the top 2 and avoid possibly being overtaken by Casillas. Olsen are the favourites although if Zagorakis' final bet comes in, that could well be enough.

Olsen secure their 2nd straight victory as they can no longer be caught. Klinsmann are guaranteed bottom as they have no more bets. The other four will be tussling for position and important points with the final set of games tonight. Casillas can count themselves very unlucky that their Hungary and Iceland bets didn't come in.
All to play for in the final games.
Oh and the ADVANTAGE ROUND IS AT 7.30PM. MAKE SURE YOU'RE IN THE PM THEN FOR THE RULES.
To be fair, I think most teams have an inactive player so I was just going to let it be as active teams of 5 really, especially now we're past the half way mark.
Not sure why I see be in your PMs at 7.30 either. Be in this thread, then go to your PMs once you've read the rules
The only non-football advantage task. You have to follow the trail of 6 clues to find the treasure.
What to do?
Each of the clues are hid in the first post of a thread somewhere on the forum. I will give you clue 1 for free below, you then have to find clues 2-6 and the treasure.
Submitting your entry
Every time you find a clue, you need to bold it's message in your PM. When you find the treasure, you have to quote it's message in bold in your PM. You're finished once clues 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and the treasure are bolded in your PM.
Advantages?
The quickest team to find all of the clues and the treasure wins. There will be advantages for the 3 teams that complete the task the quickest.
Deadline?
There is a deadline of 2pm Thursday for this (although I don't think it'll take you this long). If you haven't completed it by then, you'll be ranked on the number of clues you've managed to find.
The 4th game week task will be posted at 2pm Thursday with a deadline of 2pm Saturday (when the first knockout match begins)
Here is your first clue:
: You don't need to bold this clue in your PM as it would take you a while to quote the entirety of it.
Well, I've learned from this that people are rubbish at reading rules. The amount of people that didn't have a clue at the beginning was laughable. THE CLUES ARE HIDDEN IN THE FIRST POST OF A THREAD. I even made clue 1 extremely obviously so you'd all flock to the Survivor thread and get off and running and some of you even struggled with that!
Deary me. Anyway, not all of you were bad....well....aside from on clue 6.
Clue 6: Go Raid A Nissan Duke Slyly To Annoy Neil Diamond
Remind me never to do acronyms again.
Anyway, the results
6th - Deschamps - Did not enter
Ashame, not one post in their thread. A fair few weren't on but two posters had clearly seen the task but not given it a go.
5th - Klinsmann -6 clues found but no treasure
Not reading the rules buggered up Klinsmann. To be fair to him, only Spirederman made an attempt here whilst several other members moaned about their IQ. Getting clue 2 after 30 minutes wasn't ideal and despite a late surge, it wasn't to be.....again.
4th - Gullit - 48 minutes
Oh my word! Last Request had every clue after 9 minutes. I repeat, 9 minutes! But it took them another 39 minutes to find the treasure. The acronym clearly did not adhere to their way of thinking.
3rd - Casillas - 38 minutes
A slow start but then steady progress, especially from PaulHaddock and Hand of Dom got Casillas over the line. I was guessing at one point who out of Casillas, Gullit and Klinsmann were going to get that final advantage spot but HOD's persistance paid off.
2nd - Zagorakis - 21 minutes
Steady from Zagorakis. They never really threatened 1st but were quick enough to never be in danger from anyone else (once Gullit had got stuck it was anybody's game for 2nd). Good teamwork again.
1st - Olsen - 15 minutes
Gullit were up to clue 6 as Olsen posted clue 2. Yet a stirring fightback saw the Danes zoom into first place. And kudos to them as I think they were the only team who understood clue 6 straight away. Looking the team to beat at the moment.
Game week 4 task will be posted at 2pm tomorrow. Deadline will be 2pm Saturday.
There will be no acronyms or treasure hunts involved.....
