Mbappe to Barcelona would be terrible. Since the Rijkaard days, Barca is hardly a safe haven for a CF (ask Zlatan) and in a World Cup year, it would be wise for him to stay put. I can't see us signing him after Neymar while Arsenal look small-time right now. I sincerely hope he goes to Real and is properly nurtured by Zidane.

Theres a huge gap in that Barca side now that Mbappe could fill. That window of opportunity isn't open very often.
On the face of things saying Real could move Benzema aside would appear an ok solution to fit him in their side but for the fact Ronaldo now plays up front rather than wide, so he'll have a tough time at Real I think.

So La Liga appear to be blocking the Neymar transfer accusing PSG of breaking FFP, £196 over 5 years is just under £40 per year and Neymar will earn what, another £40m per year? So £80m per season for PSG to pay, they can't make a loss of over 30m euros a season, so surely PSG could make £50m (roughly) per season over the next few years through player sales?

La liga have absolutely no legal grounds to block a transfer. PSG need to have things sorted by the time UEFA check them, not now.

Neymar and PSG's lawyers went to La Liga HQ and left after a few minutes without seeming to have done anythingh. Football is getting weird.

Bacca has left Milan to sign for Villareal. He seemed to go off the boil recently, and with all the influx it was a matter of time. I'm curious about whether this is suggesting Milan are about to bring someone in. It's gone quiet recently, but I recall an owner or something saying they want one more big name.

Could also be that they decided to try out Cutrone, who has looked good in pre-season and qualifiers.

West Ham have told Snodgrass to bugger off. Should be a few teams who would like him, you would think for a reasonable fee.
