Annoyed with the draw but we simply didn't do enough to deserve the 3 points. And, despite being at home, Everton certainly didn't deserve it as indicated by the stat above. A missed opportunity to make up 3 points on Arsenal and keep up with Spurs in the top 4 race. Everton were there for the taking.

The Merseyside derby is about as exciting as the Chelsea Fulham derby....it's overhyped rubbish.

Amuses me more anyway with it being such a shite game, Sky have jacked off this Derby the last year or so, preferring to pick up on North London or Manchester etc. so BT have had the last 3. And for their money, they got a brilliant 3-3, a 4-0 freakshow, and the 1-1 this season with that great last minute equaliser. Sky wrestle it back and make it the Steven Gerrard love fest...and it was the worst Derby in years with Gerrard as anonymous as everybody else! Id love to know what exactly Sky had to talk about after the game!

Much the better side, but the sparkle wasn't there today and thats another two points dropped versus Everton this season as in the reverse fixture at Anfield earlier in the campaign.

Imperative that Liverpool now win against Spurs midweek which is going to be a tough ask the way they are playing currently, otherwise its going to be really tough to make the top four as the games are beginning to run out now.
