City look hungry again and have had the best transfer window, particularly if they can round it off with de Bruyne. They'll take some stopping if they continue like this (which they are more than capable of doing).
City were impressive, but Barkley & Cleverley showed that you can get behind their midfield and make the defence worry.
First half Everton played well but second half City stuck at it and, though the two goals they scored were down to shit goalkeeping, ultimately pulled off a deserved victory. Mangala is starting to show why City spent so much on him last summer, his partnership with Kompany is much stronger than I remember it last season.
