Yes they were fortunate with the pens tbf but still worthy winners overall.

Just been looking at Evertons first 10 or 12 games if they had picked up 3 or 4 wins they would be fighting for top 4 place with Utd , Chelsea and Spurs.

ha ha yes i get that but it was something said on 5 live that made me post that, such a bad start for Everton...........like you said they could all say that i suppose, sorry.

Haha! No chance. He's done well so far but once the Allardyce honeymoon wears off it will be business as usual for him and Everton. Between 8th and 10th is my prediction come May.

Also, let's not get too excited. You can only beat the teams in front if you but their last two games and wins have come against two sides that have two wins between them in their last 20 combined league games. We threw the points away against them, I'd be interested to see what they do against Chelsea, United and Spurs over the coming weeks.
