John Stones again showing how hilariously overrated he is. If he wasn't English he'd be worth £10m tops

Stones has been error prone all season. His positioning is awful. Pushing forward he looks good but when it comes to defending he's suspect. Playing the right hand side of a back 3 would help him as be drifts that way too often leaving a huge gap between the centre halfs. That would also benefit Coleman and Baines who can be wing backs, as Coleman can't defend.

Lukaku without Kone may as well not bother, he's marked out of the game too often. Kone occupies defenders with his movement and holds the ball up and creates space for Lukaku to shine. Does the dirty work but gets stick from Everton fans for hanging onto the ball for too long.

How many more of these does Deulofeu need to whip in before someone actually has a decent go at scoring?

If he actually looked up to pick someone out instead of just mindlessly twatting the ball across at 100mph every time it might help.

At least two of them landed in a place where someone was in position to score and should have done.

Everton have successfully taken the most frustrating team to watch (and probably support) mantle off Spurs. Flattering to deceive. They should be in the top six with their attacking talent and how they've dominated the majority of the games they've played in this season, but they consistently drop points to inferior opposition. Fans must be pulling their hair out.

Six league wins in 23 games, that's woeful considering the squad at Martinez's disposal.

Funny how Liverpool are so shit but are still miles ahead of the supposed greatest team in the league who were pummelled by relegation fodder yet again . Shame. :giphy:
