No matchday thread started before the game which is unusual.....
Anyhow, a decent comeback from us after being 2-0 down after 30 minutes. Sadly Robbie Simpson broke his ankle in a freak incident early on which knocked out rhythm and meant we had to alter our game plan against a physical Blackpool team. Was impressed with their number 8, Potts who had a lot of joy in the midfield.
We huffed and puffed but got a crucial goal from Watkins on half time and second half we were on top but played far too many long balls for my liking. We finally got the equaliser in injury time from a well taken Reuben Reid header so it feels like a point gained rather than 2 dropped but we do need to get a win soon to properly get back on track. Still that's only 1 defeat in 16 so decent form.
