Love it when people who have the debating ability of Harvey Price call others clowns / muppets etc. What it usually means is I cant really argue with what you are saying so I'm going to resort to insults and strawman arguments.
Harvey Price jokes weren’t funny 10 years ago.

We are and barring something drastic we should gain promotion to step 4 for the first time in our history.
Grounds been ready for years just never had a team to cross the finishing post.
We have Ben Hutchinson and he cant get in the side!
You were going to beat Altrincham on Saturday ~~~ what went wrong?

In terms of Hanley have to admit am very ignorant on this but is there a huge difference in quality between steps 2 and 5 or is it relatively closer?

It’s a strange setup there. Clearly they are bankrolled and brought in a load ex Stoke and Vale players. Not really sure what the potential would be for them though as there’s already two established EFL clubs in the city. Be interesting if they did make the first round and played us though I suppose.

My original message was in respect of Long Eaton United. Notts are a whole new ball game.
Alty did well, restricted our chances and with us missing 3 of the normal back and or keeper we were under par.

I did say you would have no trouble against Clee. Just proves how much of a shambles we are.

Popped over to Greenwich Avenue for Basford 0-1 Banbury United.
Pretty abject game for the neutral it has to be said. Neither side really did enough to win it really but a defensive error in the 89th allowed Banbury to snatch it.

Really impressed by Banbury`s support.

Was really hoping we'd get them.

A non-National League side is all I want

Surely it should have been done at 1.50

Hoping for Torquay away, Bromley at home, something of that ilk. Losing 3-0 to a Hornchurch or a Yate would be yet another low.
If Boston end up in the South section wouldn't mind them away as they've got a new ground.

This must be the first time ever that we go into an FA Cup draw as the highest ranked team, our MASSIVENESS just shows no sign of slowing down. :bg:

Tamworth away? Sounds concerning to me. Great draw for them, though.

Huge games for a couple of local sides.

Bromsgrove V Grimsby
Tamworth V Notts County

If we beat Ware we'll have Bedford Sports Club or Sholing

Curzon v Chesterfield. Oh what could have been!
Chesterfield need to be wary of a banana skin there. Curzon are decent by all accounts
