Well done Barnsley. If we get a win tomorrow its Barnsley v Luton for a place in the quarters. And then you are in scary shit territory.

Heavy snow also predicted for KO tomorrow which will make things even more interesting. We have only scored 7 times away from home all season, but it's all setup for a competitive contest. If Chelsea fans this is going to be a walkover, they better be thinking again.

Its been a tough week with Bournemouth and Brentford in the last few days - there may be the odd change, but no one should be rested with no midweek match.

I'd go with this line up:

GK Simon Sluga
RB James Bree
LB Kal Naismith
CB Tom Lockyer
CB Sonny Bradley
DM Glen Rea
CM Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
CM Luke Berry
CM Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu
RF Harry Cornick
LF George Moncur
CF James Collins
Subs: James Shea, Dan Potts, Ryan Tunnicliffe, Matty Pearson, Danny Hylton, Elliot Lee, Jordan Clark, Kazenga LuaLua, Joe Morrell
Be so nice if they let us play with 12 players.

We have Spurs on Monday.

I expect they’ll put out the reserves, given their main focus will be on playing Liverpool a few days later.

No doubt a few big guns on the bench just in case.

As long as we turn up, put a shift in, and don’t give away a shit early goal meaning we’d be on the back foot from the off, the rest is gravy.

Interestingly looks like Cornick is going to get a go through the middle as the main forward today as Collins is only on the bench. I quite like that and wouldn’t be averse to seeing it in the league to see if it gives us something better on the counter.

The shape is slightly different to what we are used too though, 541 by the looks of it. Not sure why Tunnicliffe is playing over Berry but I guess at least some element of rotation for a cup game is to be expected.

We gave it a good go, went ahead for a bit before Bale equalised, but collapsed at the end.

Kane and Son are quite good aren't they, think they could have a future in the game.

To be fair they spunked about 5 or 6 great chances up the wall too so it could have been worse.

Pearo looking quality on his debut for Bournemouth against the Dingles, not nice seeing him in another shirt at all.

Burnley one of those teams who don’t seem to bother about the cup.

Harrogate at home, which makes a change as we always seem to get teams in the same league as us.

Harrogate seem to be having a decent season so won’t be easy but you’d be disappointed to not go through. Interesting to see what sort of side we play after a busy period.

Our game at Cardiff will be behind closed doors, luckily I think it's on the Welsh, S4C channel or whatever it's called.

Expecting changes from yesterday as Lowe said he wants to get more of the squad up to pace ahead of this busy schedule. Imagine the likes of McCann, Storey, Lindsay, Ledson, Maguire & Sinclair will play. Not sure if any of Barkhuizen, Murphy or Olosunde will be available yet.

Reading getting dumped out by Kidderminster today in the cup. Bit of a shocker of a season for them but does make me slightly worried for us tomorrow too. We’ve not played in a month so going to be some rust to knock of and Harrogate are a very capable side.

Not sure what sort of side we play tomorrow, I think in normal circumstances it would have been largely first team with maybe some of the more important players who play heavy minutes rested but little point in that now. Guess a lot will depend on who has/is still recovering from any covid issues.

Winner scored by a Gentleman named Amari Morgan Smith.
Did see that. Always quite liked him, good to see him still playing at a decent level

Matty Pearson also got the winner for Huddersfield yesterday, seems to be doing well there.

Well…erm. That was not good but thankfully one moment of quality from Adebayo saving our blushes so far. Looking very rusty indeed, few players looking like competition winners. Starting formation left us looking very lightweight in midfield, not sure it’s good service to mendes gomes who has barely featured to play him out of position there in quite a light midfield and he looked very lost out there.

changed the shape to put Naismith in there now and it’s looked better but Harrogate can feel hard done by to be a goal down.

Really awful half that. Deserve to be losing.

Constant mistakes all over the pitch, no one in our team deserves more than a 5.

Harrogate can feel hard done by at that score line. Never a 4-0 type of game and for large periods I.e. most of the first half they were the better side. Was a better professional second half for us where we had far more control but still looked like we were a bit off it and late on they really should have got a consolation of some sort with some really presentable chances. The 22 for them Diarra who I think is on loan looked very lively.

Still you can’t sniff at 4 goals, and most players who have played significant minutes this season got an opportunity to knock some rust out. Great to see Berry back amongst it too, he’s been a miss for me.

We need better full backs. Our biggest weakness. Bell was awful today and has been bang average all season and has zero competition.
