After 4 years without any win in a cup, we went wild for 2 League Cup victories in 2013/2014 and then in 2014/2015 decided to up our game by winning some FA Cup games again. Three victories later and we got to the 4th round.

This year, we're back in the 4th round draw without even having to win (caveat; replay to get through first!) but it's still nice to be back in there instead of watching such illustrious victors such as 2012's two leagues lower Crawley Town venture onwards to more "greats".

Anyway. The Championship teams OUT number 11.
Cardiff, Birmingham, Brentford, Charlton, Brighton, Middlesbrough Rotherham, QPR, Preston, Fulham & Wolves.
With 5 possibly joining them with upcoming replays;
Bolton, Huddersfield/Reading, Ipswich, MK Dons, Bristol City

So who do you want? Big glamour tie or something you can gracefully accept defect in and focus on the league?

I imagine we'll get a "glamour" tie against a big team at home and then lose our replay. OR get drawn away to Shrewsbury.

If we get through, home to rov........ No scrub that! :box:
Let's try and beat WBA first before worrying about R4.

If we get a good draw then we'll inevitably lose the replay at Portsmouth so I don't really care.

I was absolutely gutted when WBA scored, but it will kill me if we now draw a United, Liverpool etc.. away. Just can't see us winning the replay.

If we get through our replay with huddersfield then Oxford. More likely end up with Hull away though.

Man Utd home or away, they're sh*t and it'd bring a crowd!

Normally I'd like a Merseyside team away but as I'm in London that weekend it will probably happen and annoy me.

If we draw Blackburn away we'll win our replay. If we draw Oxford away we'll lose our replay.

That's how football works.

Liverpool at home - but of course we won't get that far.

Walsall at home if we beat Huddersfield. Hope if we do play Walsall the game is better than the last time we played them in the cup in 2002/03 season. 2 awful games.

It would have been 10x better if it had been up in Walsall - we would have taken a good following up there.

What a draw. Posh at home - makes the West Brom game all the more important.

The mighty Rams!!!
Would have preferred forest away. Full allocation and make amends for the 1-0 loss.

See what form man utd are in before deciding what chance we have. Could have a new manager.

I'll take that actually. Hope it's Bolton tbh...avoid the media circus and potential upset. Ought to win at the Macron and suddenly you're in the 5th round. All being well...

We were drawn at home (in a decent tie), therefore we will fail to win the replay.

Eastleigh will go all out to win that tie, and when they do, we are out and they've made 30k in DVD sales

I know the OB might not allow it but it might be handy for Bolton to give Leeds a serious away allocation and get some money coming in.

Got a chance of reaching the 5 th round if we can beat WBA. A decent cup run at last maybe!
