I don't really feel embarrassed about losing tbh. I think that's what's happened to the FA Cup a bit. I don't like the way it's gone, I'd rather play a strong team and go for it. There was a lesser gap at Histon but we played a first team and it was when the cup had a bit more prestige about it. I'll have forgotten about today's game in a couple of days.

We were absolutely appalling though. Not sure any of those lot who aren't already in amongst our squad will be breaking in any time soon. Even our U-23s should be having a shot or two on target. We had a warning sign against Cambridge with a poor performance and we played an even weaker side today. Monk clearly not that bothered about it and sending a message that we need 2 or 3 players to improve our squad depth.

Yeah it's a bit cack with the likes of Leeds, Newcastle and Brighton playing weakened sides but the FA has done none of these teams any great favors by having the fixture list the way it is, the Championship will have a full set of mid week fixtures before both the Fifth round and the Quarter finals (If they were to get there) whereas the Premier ship teams will only be playing weekends, doesn't really leave a lot of incentive for the sides chasing promotion to play their stronger players IMO as they'll be disadvantaged anyway for the later rounds.
