Why would you leave our biggest goal threat out? Getting to the 3rd round of the FA Cup could be absolutely huge for our club financially depending who we get in the draw, and having him in the team gives us a much better chance of doing so!! We don’t play for another week after this so no need to rest him really.

I am in total agreement that league is priority, but it’s a week until our next game. I don’t think there is any need to ‘rest’ a 24 year striker in the form of his life for a game that’s another 6 days away, that’s all I’m saying

I also prefer that trail of thought in starting them and taking them off if needs be, rather than throwing them on off the bench to get you out of trouble
