FAO Barnet fans - travel disruption tomorrow

Just a heads up that the M56 will be closed in both directions around Manchester Airport (junctions 5 and 6) this weekend. I presume the majority will be travelling up the M6 and M56, so it will affect you.

When they shut this bit of the motorway one weekend last summer, it caused a lot of disruption for miles around, including on the diverted routes, so you will need to allow extra travel time tomorrow. Feel free to pass on to your forum etc.

Just having a single lane closed getting onto the 56 at the moment is causing enough mither.

I agree, all the motorways round here are shite at the best of times.
