Another tough game this, but if Doidge is back, we defend properly and get back to the levels of our recent home form then we've got a chance of getting something. Mansfield seem to be draw specialists atm so another one not out of the question.

As an added bonus, we've got a Hollywood Star attending as a mascot tomorrow, 6 year old Maisie, star of 2018 Oscar winning short film The Silent Child. She like her family, are profoundly deaf and they will be there representing the GDA charity, an inspirational family.

We have been poor for four games on the trot, avoided defeat (all 1-1) but draws are starting to become a bit useless.

I have no idea what to expect to be honest.

Though it's never that simple, a win loss win loss sequence now until the end of the season would see us easily into the playoffs.

The run of results is down to the players and not flitcroft and Its their duty to step up and perform. FG won't be as easy as it was in August and they'll be a stern test. The players and the manager need a win before a difficult Easter weekend.

If we're too maintain any slim hopes of the top 3 a win is essential

It's a must-win for me.

All the teams in and around us are playing against sides that on paper, you'd have them down as gimmes.

Going to the game today I have a feeling of it being a free hit, like you get in cricket, any points would be a welcome and unexpected bonus. I don't expect us to win the game, our performances against teams towards the top of the table (with the exception of Coventry) have been largely below the required level, but we might just be capable of grinding out a draw. It looks likely that Doidge will still be absent, but Reid and Campbell are both decent strikers and could provide goals if we can provide them with a decent level of service. Looking at the fixtures it could easily be a day when the bottom 6 or 7 all lose...fingers-crossed that happens if we also fail to register a point.

Let's put in a decent performance for a change but more importantly hopefully bring back the 3 points.

Hopefully this won't be another 1-1 :bang:

Sounds like Danny Rose coming off after just a few seconds - not sure what's happened, not a foul, might have twisted his ankle.

We have been absolutely garbage since Flitcroft took charge. He doesn't have any understanding of the game whatsoever. Honestly completely useless.

Point would have been a bonus, but we were the better team from at least the half on by sounds of it, and scored twice with Christian out. Fantastic.

Flitcroft has been a disaster.

Not that we weren't warned by the Swindon lot.

Sorry Mansfield fans. We feel your pain!

I don't think anyone was thrilled.

What's scary is we've not actually played a team that looks any good yet under him.

We've the top 2 up next. Oh dear

My moment of day is the Mansfield chairman flying to match in executive helicopter and landing in field next to TNL.
WOW.
Style - I caught bus to watch match. :bg:

Are you sure it wasn't GuiseleySteve in disguise?

Nah, would recognise Mowgli. It wasn't a Great Dane in a lion wig.

Think one was a St Benard or something? None of them were this famous Collie either I don't think. although would have been awesome if one was. I would have got an autograph.
