I think interest in him waned when it was announced that pace wasn't as important. Still got good physical though to go with the pace.

Am I the only one who just can't be fucked after the update? It's heading towards all the bad bits of FIFA 15 with all the bad bits of FIFA 16 left. It's like noone at EA has ever watched a game of football. Shockingly, it isn't zigzag runs at 100mph especially from kick off, it isn't lobbed through balls every two seconds, it isn't parking 7 men behind the ball whilst the front 3 do a combination of the above, and it isn't a penalty kick every game.

The one last week. Haven't played it much due to work, and today I've realised it's bonafide crap.

Any idea what changed? Pace been beefed up a bit? It was overly turned down. Someone said it earlier in this thread but EA don't seem to get balance right. They go over board in increasing or turning down elements of the game

To be honest I haven't noticed a change since the update other than online squads not updating as well as giving me a period of 24 hours where it wouldn't find me a game.

EA desperate for your cash it seems, why would anybody spend real life money (after already spending £50 on the game it self) to be beat by some kid who spam blind passes a counter attack and scores a 30 yarder (that are always on target) whilst you pepper his goal from inside the box to be constantly denied by world class save after save?

It's even less understandable when you see how shit packs are.
I never buy packs, but I got bored of the league stuff and went for some FUT draft so I could see which players might be worth saving coins for. I've ended up with 15-20 packs in that time and the best player I got was Bravo (83) who sells for a whopping 2900. The vast majority of the time my highest rated player will be rated 77 from some minnow league and a country you've never fucking heard of whilst also being non rare.
This isn't just gold pack either. It's probably split 50% gold and the rest a mix of premium gold and JUMBO gold. Which just means you get more shit.
If you actually use your coins on packs then the Draft is worth doing as you'll get 1 or 2 additional packs to what you pay. You also seem to get better ones for online modes than off. So for 15k you can buy 2 premium gold packs, but do the draft and you'll likely get a premium and a jumbo or 2 golds and a jumbo or some such variant which is worth more coins essentially. Although the contents will still generally be worth jack shit.

At the beginning of Fifa I was banned from the transfer market for a bit because I was Bin Snipping Lallana. But I always thought it was a technique to trade and sell on. In the end I stopped because I didn't want to risk being banned but it seems ridiculous to me.

BIN sniping works the same way as automated bots so the assumption from EA is that you are a bot. Its to do with the frequency of requests you are making to the server. It's not really fair in some respects as there's nothing EA can use to distinguish a human or a bot in this type of instance. But if it decreases bot use then it's for the greater good. I have my doubts it makes a difference though.

Most enjoyable FIFA since about FIFA 12 for me. W/L is only about 65-40 but that's because of the end game disconnects that happened about twenty times in the first fortnight.

Had most of the team since the start. Bought Sturridge and Coutinho when I had some coins from opening packs.
