These boys have heart. So proud of them. Both strikers out for half the season and still took it to the final day. Didn't matter anyway as Wrexham equalised. If we can keep everyone fit and keep some of these boys on we won't be struggling next season. Congrats Chesterfield.

we're used to it.
Having lost last year's playoffs and two cup semi-finals in a year we're in danger of getting used to it too. Bottled it today, should have been sorted by half time.
It's not easy to shake off a losing mentality once it settles over a club.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Bromley have a plastic pitch, but they’ll presumably be aware that it’s gotta come up should they crash the promotion party. They must now have plans in place to play elsewhere until at least October.

My money's on Torquay vs Chesterfield and Stockport vs Hartlepool semi finals.

Absolute bottle show by Keates, bringing on 'He's on buttons' Rutherford instead of Jarvis who created far more when he was then forced to come on following the red

Only good thing to come out of this is that Keates will definitely be going

Cmon Bromley, do the League Virgin Double

County vs chesterfield in the qtr, hmm

so if you finish 4th-7th you’ve got to win 3 games to get back in the league

Fair play to whoever makes it from the playoffs (come on torquay!)

Notts v Chesterfield playoff crowd would have been 15,000 in normal times.

13 years. We are the longest serving National League team at this point.

Sickening.

Still, our CEO starts next week, rebuilding for next season starts now.

Thought this season would be nailed on for 2 BELTS to go up. And now it could be Sutton & Bromley

You’ve have to feel for Wrexham. Always let their fans down but absolute credit to those fans because they don’t moan about it, they know they’re never getting out of this division. Master d’s tears currently destroying his deadpool face paint and he still posts on here. How can you not respect that. They’re a good bunch

BT Sports talking about Dagenham as if they are some little club punching above their weight. The fact they haven't made the play offs with the squad they have is unbelievable.

Absolutely battered a desperate Weymouth outfit to hopefully give us a boost in morale.

Bromley though for fuck sake. Wanted to avoid them but at least we're at home.

Just been posted on our forum that since Rowe arrived we’ve picked up on average exactly 2 points per game, which is the same as Sutton over the whole season who of course went on to take the title

Would’ve sold out I think. One of those where you think it’s such a shame, would’ve been a proper day in Nottingham and atmosphere.

Hopefully having 4k in will help tilt it in our favour anyway.

I reckon would have been close certainly! so what can you have 25pc of your ground?

I’ll have to back you guys on this one

I think the max we can have is somewhere towards 5,000, but it depends on how the tickets are bought with the social distancing (ie the max capacity would need everyone to be in a group of six). The Weymouth game last week was a sell out at around 4,200, so probably be about that again.

Still a decent crowd to have, we’d be able to fit in about 7 on that ruling

Should be a good game

Wrexham today's big losers, you fellas must feel sick.
Not really, this was expected. If we keep Keates on though that'll be a real sucker punch.

Congrats Chesterfield. Don’t think they deserved to win on the day but took their chances where as we missed two sitters. A draw would have been fair imo but it would have been irrelevant for us anyway given it was a must win game.

Never realised how much they relied on long ball and set pieces. But fair play, set pieces in particular have been a thorn in our side all season so clearly did their homework.

From what I’ve seen of the playoff teams this season, I’d be massively surprised if it wasn’t Torquay, Stockport or Hartlepool that won the playoffs. Not been impressed with any of Notts County, Bromley or Chesterfield anytime I’ve seen them.

There’s not much point comparing Ardley’s Notts with Burchnall’s to be honest, completely different teams. Still got our flaws but we’re a much harder team to play now.
