McKirdy needs to stop this going to ground too easily. He’s conning nobody as he’s not even good at it. Pope been terrible also, I suspect that decision is already made with him though.

We’ve got a cracking midfield, it’ll be up there next season with the best, the problem is weve keepers who can’t keep, defenders who can’t defend and strikers who can’t score.

Two or three great chances just before half time, Hurst with a great strike but it’s been a poor performance and the changes haven’t seen anyone suggest they deserve a chance.

First game under DC we’ve looked half arsed and haven’t worked hard too but as we all know Vale love a good thrashing to close a season!

Olagunju looked modest at Orient but in his second EFL game today he looks way out. Can see why Daz hasn’t picked him. He’s literally gifted the first and all over the place.

McKirdy is having to play wing back which of course he isn’t but is slipping all over the place and nowhere to be seen defensively.

Hurst is having a decent game. That’s about it.

Yep been impressed, the diamond you’ve used works well for them and they all play with a lot of energy and some quality too.

Obviously it’s the deadest of dead rubbers but I’d be hauling a couple of them off at half time as can see apart from Conlon and Brown none of our players have shown up.

Clarke is at fault for this making as many changes as he has there playing like a team of strangers. Olagunju is garbage, mckirdy is woeful and not fit, burgess not interested, pope not fit. Only ones who seem arsed are conlon hurst and brown. Unless we bring worrall amoo Robinson on then this will end 4 nil and be 2 easy wins for Mansfield against our reserves.

Yeah I’d make changes, Worrall at LWB but don’t have Legge on bench and can’t go 4-4-2 with the players we have so not sure how we can work it with all the full backs injured or banned!
