Finally quit smoking again

Done the non smoking ting again. Got me a vape and with the top knot I’m basically a fucking walking meme. But hey I’ve saved about 24 pounds in two days. William Hill and my girlfriend are happy

I stopped in January. Health wise I was in a shit place. Last straw was one morning I went out the back for a coffee and a smoke....by the time I put my ciggie out I was seriously GASPING for breath. Cut a long story short I went to see the doc a couple of days later because I really felt there was something wrong with me and he sent me straight away to the hospital....in a week and after tests, checks, x-rays it was discovered my heart is damaged and I have heart failure. Good thing is I have had no cravings for a ciggie. Haven't even went back to my vape.

Still off the ciggies......another 5 or 6 weeks and that will be a year.

I stopped using mine at the same time I quit the fags. A vape is nothing like actually smoking...I could never actually inhale into my lungs like you do with smoking a ciggie.

Agree 100%. Since I quit a year past January I've been able to save and over that time I have bout a laptop, a 43" new Sony 43" tv for the bedroom, a new Sony 55" tv for the livingroom and an exercise bike.

The vaping will kill you quicker than traditional ciggies. Causes heart failure.
