I am not sure of the rules as we picked different matches but looks like we are still level with Gayle and Murray both scoring?

Guessing as Murray scored first in his game (while not the first goal scorer overall) that would get you 3 points, and only 1 for me.

Aston Villa 1-1 Brighton

A Glenn Murray penalty put Brighton on course for the title but they were denied by a late Jack Grealish equaliser.

Newcastle 3-0 Barnsley

Newcastle clinch the title with a comfortable win over Barnsley, goals coming from Ayoze Perez, Chancel Mbemba and Dwight Gayle.

MagpieBee's interpretation of the rules is correct - each game is separate so Glenn Murray's goal is worth 3 points to El Guapo, which means that El Guapo is this season's champion! Congratulations and well done El Guapo.
