Very happy with that. Pretty much the same kind of game as the reverse fixture, no real stand out side, away team score and never look that much in danger of giving away the lead.

Looking at the other results, bloody hell. Nosebleed time.

Seems as though we gave it a bit of a go but nonetheless, slumped to a 19th defeat of the season :surr:

Let’s see if we can add to our impressive defeats tally with two home games up next :box:

Hard earned point in the end .Ref lost the plot for a while but I will amazed if the Eastleigh player who head butted Keates is not given a suspension Luckily it's all on camera

Stockport County.
Actually think we will pick some decent results if we keep performing like that.
Harry Taylor was immense tonight. He was a disaster in flowers “bypass the midfield” system. Azaze looked decent in goal and was really unlucky with both goals.

Stockport looked good, mainly in the first half, but thought we deserved at least a point.

Best away stream and commentary all season. Top class
We should have been more than 1 up but you came into it second half and after the equaliser, I thought you grew in confidence and from that point on we were lucky we went on to win it really. Seemed quite a fortunate deflection for our winner.

Still not convinced by us at all. Play in fits and starts and don't have a settled side at all. Madden also missed an absolute sitter. Lets hope we're not just cursed when it comes to strikers because all the reviews have been what a clinical striker he is. Not tonight...

That's the thing about 4 on the bounce, nobody sees them coming until they arrive. Football geniuses, huh? :ds:

Ardley must be actively trying to get sacked by the world’s most patient owners at this point.

For anyone wondering, the shuffle brothers in central midfield have been reunited for 90 mins after Reeves’ suspension on Saturday. We won that, for what it’s worth.

Probably not a bad thing we aren't playing on Saturday, the players will need a bit of time to recover from some of those Eastleigh tackles.

At least our Poundland cameras spared Aldershot fans the indignity of having to watch the winning goal going in.:bdick:

Well that was another ugly win. 2 home games on the spin not at our best. Two 1-0 wins.

4 wins in a row. 5 wins out of 6. Unbeaten in 6.

Upto 6th.

Take it and move on.

Shots fans, not a clue how we’ve won that game. 1-0 through that disallowed goal would have been a fair result. Watched it back and it’s a very tight call, I think he’s just onside personally. You’ve been very hard done by.

2 ugly wins a row from us. Something we’ve struggled to do over the years which is a promising sign. We looked really leggy the last 30 minutes or so. I’d snap your hand off for a point at Eastleigh on Saturday.

It is. You rarely see poor teams do this. It's shitty but it is often effective

When we were half decent and used to consistently trouble the play offs we were always in the referees face. It got so we used to ref the game half the time.

Long way to go still.

Looking at their last few results I think King’s Lynn should have furloughed their players earlier.

We’re not catching your lot, Stockport looking like the next best challenger.

Thought we just about deserved the win as we created quite a few clear cut chances, as well as the goals we hit the post, had one off the line and Madden missed an open goal whereas even though you played well in the second half and put us under pressure you didn’t create too much.

You definitely didn’t look like a bottom of the table side though. You played some nice football but also had physical edge - players certainly haven’t given up.

I get that... doesn’t make it any less infuriating to watch when your teams 1-0 down mind.

As an opposing fan I hate it. When it’s Sutton I accept it as a necessity in winning games.

We’re not the most spectacular team going but we put in the work from 1st whistle to last. Everything in a game is important for this team.

FFS. Reuben Reid heads into his own net from 15 yards in the 5th minute of injury time. 1-2.
