Forest vs Leeds

our clubs have got off to great starts, forest 3 wins and 1 defeat us 2 wins and 2 draws

if we can get an early lead I reckon we will win, however a draw would be fine for me

1-1 Grot bags for us

I said I'd take two draws from Sunderland and Forest away rather cautiously so all good really. Point would be fine with some promising looking games coming up.

plus this is the last game before the international break, I think we need some player recovery time and hopefully berardi and pennington edge closer to a return

Goals in this. We can't defend for toffee but look good going forwards. Hopefully Briductt can add a bit of steel and protect the backline but not expecting miracles. From what I've seen of Leeds the new lads Saiz and Alioski look pretty handy.

Entertaining 2-2 incoming and both sides go into the international break with smiles on their faces.

not sure if it's true but someone who gets most of our deals right on Twitter said we placed a clause in the Bridcutt deal saying he couldn't play this weekend? probably bollocks as I only hear them on loans but who knows?

Roofe

The hat-trick in midweek not suddenly making me think Roofe is an answer up front...too lightweight for me but little option at the moment with Grot only just signing.

Point will do here.

Looking forward to watching this game later. Both will do well this season. I fancy forest 2.1.

imagine signing aload of unknowns for a combined fee of 8 million and be unbeaten in 7 games and scored the most in August and kept 4 clean sheets in 5 league games

IMAGINE!

finally found ourselves a real team here!!!

FT 2-0 Leeds

Roofe and Alioski on the scoresheet , unbeaten and Burton at home next after a rest

ironically it's Leeds so Burton will end our unbeaten record

Leeds look good. Strong and functional, they'll do well.

We were atrocious but it's to be expected. Big rebuild underway there but it's been a decent start to the season. Badly need a centre half who can play football

Our press and energy is phenomenal but have attacking quality to match now.

Long old season and teams hatched a plan on us after a while last year but we look the most comfortable/professional I've seen since the Prem days so far this season.

Don't want to get carried away but it's difficult when we're taking everything in our stride so well so far.

if you told me we'd be unbeaten and have 11 points in the opening international break i'd have laughed at you

absolutely outstanding we've been, and people can say yeah you put 4 past Port Vale and 5 past Newport (they were the type of teams we'd struggle to beat the last 5 years), we look solid, we look strong, we look fluid and dare I say it the games where we haven't had Chris Wood, we look phenomenal, our movement without that lump is great, SAIZ has been a class act

Equally impressive defensively though. Sunderland and Forest contained very well on their own patch, after years of us being under the cosh away from home in any scenario.
