I once sat and watched him lose about £40 on a fruit machine in the Village Hotel bar in Chilwell. They were playing a 4 dayer against Notts and they were all in the bar drinking at night (which seems like weird practice to me but the coaches were in there too).

I've also seen Shiv Chanderpaul, Lee Trundle and Kelly Brook among others in the same hotel but we'll leave those fantastic stories for another time (I just saw them, that's the story).
