I honestly don’t know what to say about this. 5 minutes after he’d equalised

He must have a huge kill list if he wants everyone who scores against us dead! In all seriousness though what a muppet!

I’ll be honest Rollin is clearly better CB than Hewitt who has literally nothing in his inventory to be a L2 CB but he’s not the solution despite not being terrifyingly weak like Hewitt.

The big fuck up is letting O’Keefe go to Rochdale.
Yeah Hewitt got bullied by a young kid yesterday really he looked poor are you missing anyone at the back?

We’ve had word from the EFL that according to their records Craig Dundas at the age of 40 is the oldest player to debut in the Football League post World War II

It appears Hewitt’s spell at centre back for us may have been a purple patch or perhaps Menayese made him look better than he was.

Either way Mansfield have completely ballsed that situation up, I’d suggest shipping Menayese out and publically lambasting Hewitt whilst playing at RB have a lot to do with it

I think our centre halves have been reading too much about dementia and now dare not head a football.

His best performance was his debut at RB, Menayese being shipped out isn’t the problem, although I think it’s fair to say the way Clough dealt with Hewitt post-Bradford didn’t help.

It doesn't usually end well when you manager publicly criticises one of his own players. We know that from the end of last season.

Carlisle aren’t capable of battering anyone. If we win it’ll be by scraping a goal or two from a long throw or a lucky deflection off a corner. We certainly won’t be putting you under any relentless pressure as we’ll just give the ball straight back to you with our aimless clueless tactics.

Devante Rodney given a three game ban for his elbow on a Swindon player on Saturday. Have to say it looks bang to rights. Suppose DC did say he wanted to coax more aggression out of him, probably could do with channelling it a little better.

Who was the Vale fan on here moaning that you guys dont get any decisions? You got an elbow in the face of an opponent for free on Saturday!! To be honest I don't think anything was made of it at the time.

First half, too. No way would have Vale go on to win with 10 men.

Them’s the breaks, though.

You win some you lose some in terms of decisions. Will say in the refs defence there is no way he could have seen that happen and the only way it would have been spotted real time is if the linesman was in view. I suspect Rodders will have known the moment this would have been referred he was in trouble.

Silly from Dave although watched it a few times and looks more a shove than an elbow and their lads milked it a bit but you raise your hands your asking for trouble so can’t have too many complaints.

Our fans there are furious on social media that Smudge took a similar thing before that which wasn’t punished but without seeing that or being there I can’t comment on that one.

He’s been in and out the team this season so will have to earn his place back now once his ban is over… opens the door for Amoo if we don’t get with Proctor/Wilson.

Looks like he flicks his elbow out to me. Either way you can’t do that and the incident was well away from the action so he knew what he was doing. Problem for him is if Amoo comes in and performs it’ll be hard work to get his place back.

The Smith one I believe some are saying he got punched in the face by their forward but rather than go down or anything like that he just laughed in his face which he tends to do when others try that stuff on him.

Smudge is a hard bastard to be fair! But doesn’t always pay not to throw yourself to the ground these days!

Clarke mentioned slapping Rodders to make him more angry last season, guess he gave him too much of a beating pre game after his horror performance against Rochdale!

It’s hard to tell on the video, too me looks like as he’s run past he’s shoved out at his shoulder but completely pointless and regardless asking for a ban or a red card if caught which could have cost us the game. I’d fine him and hope he learns.

Is it really? We’ve had tons in that time by comparison. Mostly through stupidity on our part I must say. We have often been one of the more naive teams around to put it kindly.

I'm not bothered about rodney being suspended. He won't be missed with the way he has been playing. Mainly lazy and looking disinterested and it's not as if he has been scoring goals lately just 1 this season and 3 since Clarke became manager in February. We may miss his pace but he proved with his rounding the goalkeeper and mis controlling it taking it too far then putting a shit ball into the box when anybody else would have just rounded the keeper and tapped it home . He has all the assets to be a top player but his decision making and first touch is abysmal untill that improves then he won't play above this level.

Yeah against Morecambe when Cranston randomly booted one of our players when they were 1-0 up!

Since then no reds against us… (technically Scunthorpe did a month after that but it was after full time!)

In that time we had the two at FGR, the Joyce v Tranmere and Leggey v Mansfield and Newport, Covolan on the opening day this season, Conlon v Walsall. They are the ones I recall anyway!

Due one go our way!

Yeah I’m disappointed in Dave this season, I really thought after last season with no fans and his good progress and goal tally he would be the one that would really benefit from fans being back, his pace getting us on our feet and would play off that but he’s been dreadful most games so far. The pea roller to the Rochdale keeper when all he had to do was square it an example.

He’s raw, a rough diamond but he’s in danger of losing the progress from last season and this won’t have helped. If Wilson, Lloyd or Amoo come in and do well then he’s got a potentially long road back.

See what DC says tomorrow in his presser about it I guess. Can’t imagine he’s going to be chuffed.
