Brilliant win, just need to see what happens when/if the Oldham game resumes. Game was stopped at ours due to some 'incident' in the crowd though, hope it's not some racist, low life scum.

Good for the Oldham fans protesting in their game. Looks like they will be a Conference club next season and feel for them as this is purely on that owner.

Wonder what happens with the Oldham v Salford game. Abandoned will Salford get the points?

When similar happened in our game at Leyton Orient a few seasons back, they announced it as abandoned to get everyone to leave and then played the rest behind closed doors an hour later.

...and on that note, they've just announced it as abandoned. Wonder if they'll come back out in a bit.

I'm actually a bit angry to be honest, absolutely no desire, no quality, weak as piss, deservedly booed off, they were fucking shocking.

3/4's of the stadium left after the third went in, I don't mind losing to better teams, Swindon were leagues ahead of us with some real good players, I do expect players to show effort, heart and some battle, we got nowt off them, Nelson stood there all game like a statue, arms crossed.

I'm really concerned with these two in charge for next season.

Terrible from us yet again. Winless in 7 at home. I left after about 75, and I think I had stayed too long. Utter shite. Not the tiniest bit of effort from any of them today, looked like a pub team who’d been on the lash the night before, Swindon won’t have got an easier 3pts than that this season.

Almost certainly. I think 79 minutes had been played, according to the laws of the game, a match abandoned after 75 minutes the result can stand at the league's discretion. Can hardly see them ordering a replay as it was Oldham fans that caused the abandonment with Oldham losing.

Firstly, congratulations to Forest Green. Well deserved.
We saw that game out well, I thought we might have got a few more but never mind, we will go up if we either beat Barrow or get a point at Northampton or against Vale.
I know we can still catch FGR but I think the GD is too much.
Getting exciting now!

Pretty comfortable win for Mansfield, in truth MOTM was Crawley goalkeeper.

Biggest thing today other than the three points is Akins and Murphy finally scoring hopefully that will set them off with the last few games + potential play-offs.

Feel for Scunny we had some good scraps with them when we were both fighting for promotion to the championship, hope they get an owner sorted asap and get a new squad in.

As for the game could have been 5 or 6 at half time but second half both sets of players looked like they didn’t want to be there. Biggest cheer of the game was when Sparky did some kick ups, pointless game that doesn’t feel like a win. Can’t wait until the seasons over.

Total shambles from Tranmere. Anyone other than Melon would be shown the door after that shitshow!
97th minute before the Stevenage keeper had anything to do.

So Lorient really are on the beach. Cheers lads

Not really. Was a good quality game with Northampton being excellent in the first half. Their opener was an absolute thunderbolt from miles out, the second a bit of pinball from a set piece and the third yards offside. We gave them pretty much all they could handle in between and dominated the second half. Cobblers a good side with the ball but by fuck are they dirty. Took it in turns to scythe us down as we countered and the red card was a play-acting embarrassment on Rose’s behalf after he had put in a disgraceful challenge on Ogie. Frustrating stuff and beaten by a better side, but in no way a lifeless end of season capitulation from us.

Draw about right. We failed to to put the goal under pressure when we were on top. But just had enough puff left to hold out. Looked tired last 10 minutes.

Great to be prompted, seems like a long time coming, still need to claim top spot to fulfill what we felt we would do. It's all in the balance.

Swindon Tuesday night, with them back in the hunt for the play-offs, it may be a game to far coming quickly on top of this one. We may be weaker after today's battle. But at least the pressure is off, so that could translate both ways. As it stands we need to win it, so bring it on.

Crazy game at our place, and a fully-deserved win.

Did all the hard work only for (braindead) Josh Kay to mouth off at the ref and get a second yellow celebrating the goal.

Didn't really see what the ref gave Sutton a penalty for but it seemed innocuous - I was expecting the ref to award a corner. The penalty save though was the moment of the season for me.

And then some dickhead went and said something racist (*allegedly). If only our fans and players were gagged before entering the stadium...

As far as Phil Brown goes, I guess he has to get the job now. The turnaround has been incredible, purely in terms of the effort and work rate he's instilled in the players. Still have huge reservations about the players he's likely to sign and if he has any other tactics to draw upon, but he feels like he's got a connection with the fans that most previous managers haven't.

Keeping Phil Brown will be a mistake I reckon.
