So much bland vale stuff in this thread already - you guys are 18th, simmer down please.
Are there Mansfield fans on here? What are your thoughts heading into Good Friday? Was the recent draw against Tranmere the right result?

Tranmere will get 2 points at best...............They have some key players missing
The only key player currently missing is James Vaughan and he has been missing for weeks. Our other main injury is Scott Davis who is out for the season and probably longer with a ruptured achilles but in the opinion of most Rovers fans, including myself, Joe Murphy is a more than able replacement.

Apologies. Masai is most active poster on forum after yourself.
I only post a lot to tell him he is stupid. If he buggered off i could concentrate on football. No doubt he will be on soon because its nearly dinnertime in school if they are still going before Easter.

If a particular poster winds people up then put them on block, after a while they will realise that they are talking to themselves if nobody reacts to anything they say. Have to say that I have only ever blocked one person on this forum, won't give them airtime by naming them, because they contributed absolutely nothing to any debate and just spent their time spouting garbage and trying to wind people up.

I have no problem with anybody except him and to a lesser extent a supporter of a club in the south west coastal area. We all suport our clubs and are allowed an opinion but when its taken to extreme i will call it out. Some Carlisle fans were bigging themselves up earlier in the season but there was always a bit of pessimism in there, as if they fully expected it not to last. A bit of realism and humility go a long way.

If ever you forget who it was that you blocked you could just invent a time machine and go back to the future to the time you blocked him to remember.

I hated the banana emoji...if anything I was as glad to leave that poster behind in the non-league mire as I was for our club to get promoted.

He hasn’t changed by the way, spends a lot of his time now trolling a couple of other Halifax posters on here, bizarre guy.

That does not surprise me at all.

I can take the rubbish that some people throw my way because of the club I support, I know that we aren't everyone's cup of tea and our Chairman isn't run of the mill, but draw the line when stuff starts to get a bit personal...that is the time to block someone.

Mansfield were a lot better than their league position suggested last Saturday and a draw was a fair result IMO. Judging by that performance they should be much higher up the table. I think their problem is the number of drawn games they have had.

I've never blocked anyone myself, but then I'm so laid back I'm almost horizontal. In all my time on forums (and I'm on 5 regular ones) I've only ever reported one post and that was down to blatant homophobia by a member on our club forum seemingly never getting punished and one day I'd had enough.

I do think Rob should consider blocking Masi though, nearly every thread is becoming a slanging match between the two and making a lot of the forum unreadable.

I'm similar, this season though I have blocked those two, they are fine on their own, but the constant back and forth and post after post between them just ruined threads, so found it easier just to ignore both.

I've got a feeling we will lose tomorrow. I hope I'm wrong but everytime there's a minute silence before a game vale lose. Also I've seen the ref is leigh doughty who is garbage and disallowed a vale goal for fuck all against scunthorpe at home and didn't give vale a penalty when scunthorpe had a clear hand ball in the box.

I take it Mansfield don't produce programmes?!

Not too sure what to expect tomorrow tbh, we played well in patches last week and make less mistakes but don't look like scoring often enough.

I’ve blocked them both too as neither was posting any sense. The forum is much better to read without sifting through their posts.

Hadn’t noticed the silence thing but yeah that referee had a mare, was a great save mind... shame he wasn’t a keeper!

Tough one tomorrow, if we play how we have been the last three I’m confident we will get a result be it a good point or a win but we are due a shitter. Been 11 years since four wins in a row apparently!

Atmosphere sounds good in the camp though, Clarke was full of beans in his interview! Cracking out the jokes and banter with Baggers and Andrew’s!

The game between us and Bradford earlier this season involved some pretty amusing shithousery between Paudie O'Connor and Ebou Adams.

Think that pitch is doing them no favours
