Ok Gracie would win hands down but Alfies not done bad -and Fleetwood are not doing bad at all at the moment. Got to fancy us to continue our good form this Saturday, there are many pleasing aspects to our game not the least the attacking intent we are showing in all our games The biggest danger is that Rochdale are clearly at the wrong end of the table and are due to 'come good' sooner or later, just so long as they leave it another week. 2-1 to the Cods

Predict 2 nil to Fleetwood. Ashley Eastham to head in from a corner and Bobby Grant to score a left footed screamer into the top corner. Alfie Boe goes wild !!!

1800? you been on the ale, be 400 tops
400 really? It's an hour away. I know we have shocking home crowds but we usually bring about 1,000 to Fleetwood.

Pathetic. When your lucks out your lucks out. We've absolutely battered them and they get a penalty for something that looked to be outside the box.

Been more even since the penalty. Will have to see it again. Looked outside from the other side, if it was its a summary of our current situation luck wise.

Well done Dale4ever, the kindest thing I can say is we had a bad day at the office. Rochdale were well up for this from kick off and Fleetwood were never comfortable with the long balls into the box. Deserved win for you lads, plenty of time to pick ourselves up for next Saturday and get Hunter playing from kick off !!

Well I did wonder why you were 4th in the first half tbh. We could have been 3-0 up before the penalty. Think after the penalty we carried on playing fairly well but it knocked us a bit. It was nice to see us in your faces straight from kick off though. We haven't been playing that badly in most matches so we were due a win. We were down to the bare bones today. Our left back today was a striker... And our right back was a midfielder. So under the circumstances we've done well to win today. Second half was more of an even contest, but we grabbed a win I feel we definitely deserved overall. One other thing, thought the referee was abysmal today, and your keeper got away with time wasting for far too long, the ref eventually punished it in the second half but he was taking an age with every goal kick. Anyway onwards and upwards for us now hopefully.

How's Eastham been playing for you? I was very disappointed to lose him.

Rochdale deserved it and went for Fleetwood from the kick off, quite feesibly could have been 3 up by HT. We somehow managed to stay in the hunt courtesy of a penalty following a rash challenge, possibly manufactured award by Long.

I was expecting to see Roslers team bring their recent form into this match second half but far from it, a more even, but scrappy contest in warm conditions, neither set of fans happy with what was on offer. Keepers with little or nothing to deal with.

Rochdale introduced more muscle late on, and it paid dividends when our keeper Neal, who dithered all afternoon, misjudged a cross and the home side sub nodded in at the back post. Fleetwood where never recovering from that today.
