No floodlights in 2) but it looks early 60s b&w from the kit/clothing - although Sherwood Bros garage takes me to the NE so could be Darlington? (Edit - No clearly not Feethams, even though it was a cricket ground as well as football. )

These 4 have me stumped.

Edit/Correction - The cranes behind the stand have taken me to Hartlepool for no 2.

Should have got London Road. Although I've not been inside, I was sure I would have been aware of "media centre"?? on the open terrace. Lockwoods cannery advert puts it in the fens or east midlands.

I don't know about the specialty of the adverts but I took pictures from the inside when I visited London Road in the Mid80's, that's why I was so sure about it.

Absolutely. Glad that I found this thread today. As I wrote I am something of a "stadium nerd" when it comes to the old fashioned british stadiums (not those of today who mostly have no soul). I mentioned it before in the "old football related pictures" thread here, that I bought a book from Simon Inglis "The football grounds of Great Britain" back in the early 80's during my first visit to Wolverhampton. And since then I am "addicted" to old style football grounds
