Yes. It was during a Soham Town Rangers vs Biggleswade televised live match. Only 12 guys in attendance so I didn't have to work too hard to get myself on the box.

I was in the home end at Tranmere when Bury got promoted this year, staying so quiet that I could taste blood in my mouth when we scored. We got on camera for the full-time whistle.

Standing behind the goal as I do, I'm on FLS most weeks we're at home, though only I would recognise myself, and only because I know where to look, it's not really a great view.

On second glance I'm either on the far right or just offscreen in that particular frame, with my brother in the middle. Brilliant celebrations those were, joining the away hordes on the pitch for half an hour before going back to Gigg Lane for a stewardless homecoming celebration with 1,000 or so fans, players and staff.

My father's from north Manchester and watched Bury all his life, so even before we moved to Halifax they've been my team.

I once had a microphone shoved into my face by Mark Clemmit when we played Macclesfield away once. He was doing a piece about how we were the two clubs with lowest budgets/crowds etc -
He's not as friendly as he makes himself out to be in front of the camera...

Was on Match of the day once with my paps whilst at Old Trafford, someone fouled Bergkamp and when was he was felled they cut to a close up camera and and we were pretty much directly behind him giving him the wanker sign! A proud moment for our family...

Last game at Underhill me and a mate were interviewed before the game, he was dressed as the honey monster at the time. My picture was in a few national papers as I was wearing a Back2Barnet campaign shirt.

Yes. I often stand behind the disabled seats near the home end so I see myself in our 30 second highlights.

Yeah I can spot myself if there's any action up at the north stand. Usually it's quite easy if we get a late goal because the group infront of us are all fickle and leave early. Right behind the goal and up at the back.

A mate of mine is a palace fan and since his little brother has been going to matches they have always sat next to the tunnel. So the kid collected snap shots of his TV screen on the highlights. Has around 100 photos of himself on TV now. Which I think is kinda cute.

I always wonder what the reaction is by the families of those well dressed/older/younger/non stereotypical "hooligans" that are filmed 'on the spur of the moment' providing hand or verbal 'advice' that clearly doesn't require expert signing or lip reading skills to interpret their meaning? :brill:

Yeah it was pretty funny, my mum was like "You don't even support Man Utd and you really like Dennis Bergkamp! why would you do that to him?!"

Appeared on sky sports after me and a load of mates had decided it would be clever to paint cobblers like it was some sort American college football game.

Had a few beers on the way, someone suggested it so we went to aldi bought some paint and a brush and then proceeded to paint ourselves in the car park. The commentator called us die hard, the majority of them had never even been to a cobblers game before.

We then proceeded to lose 3-0 to Bradford in the playoff final and looked like right mugs.

When we played Manafield away in the league last season, I sat quite far forward and there was a photo in our local paper/on our website where I found my wife and I. Therefore, by knowing where we are, I can just about make us out on the highlights.

As per profile pic I did the 5 second trailers for Budweiser when they sponsored the FA Cup about 5 years ago.

I was interviewed by the BBC no less than , after Blackpool won at our place in the play offs , I looked perplexed , but that was cos the interviewer was caked in thick grey make up , they must of thought my natural good looks were enough in the non HD age ....anyway I got on the box and I was a celebrity for 30 seconds in our household , BBC mind ! my audience share would have been massive .....I wonder who they'll get to play me in the movie ? Brad Pitt I imagine

Yeah, but I didn't see it!! Away at Bristol City in the League 2 play off semi. At 87 mins. we were 2-1 up on aggregate but we lost 3-2. The cameras focused on this lass crying as they do and I was sat in front of her.

I'd wangled a business trip to Bristol and stayed over in a quite posh hotel. When I wandered into my local the next night, all the lads shouted 'TV star!!'

I was going to claim the hotel on expenses but I didn't dare in case the gaffer was watching ;cos he knew I was a Poolie. My TV appearance cost me 140 quid......:ffs:

Could you not have at least let him on the right be an exclamation mark or something.

The lad on the end wasnt with us. As we were in the car park doing it lots of bystanders seemed to want pictures, it seems a bit weird now!
