Can the Harrow Bees of Middlesex uphold the honour of Barnet in the Herts derby?
Big game for both sides I feel. A win for us probably removes us from the relegation thread and might even spell the end of the reign of Ted. Only problem is our away form is shocking and we need to turn it around in the next three or we will be gifting points to the teams below us..

After the attacking shambles of last weekend we need Akinde to still be at the club and fit. The choice of who plays next to him isn't exactly encouraging either and will require Gash to be fully fit, Batt to find his feet (Literally) or Stevens be given a chance after scoring 4 goals this week for the U18s (demolishing Stevenage U18s 7-2 in the process ). The rest of the side looks more settled and not so threadbare thanks to the three new signings.

Love a win but would take a point. MA has said we have been trying to sign a striker, which makes the line up even more difficult to guess!

Stevenage looked an even more basic side than us at the Hive. Surely we can grab a win at Broadhall Way? On the other hand the number of people in our squad who are scoring goals is too few, hardly anyone from midfield.

Watched highlights of their game against Plymouth and they looked a better side than the one we beat. A bit more about them than just long diagonals.

Martin Allen has said John Akinde & Michael Gash aren't fit & Matt Stevens is ill.

What that means is all three will start.

Looking forward to this, a nice local game so expect about 800 Bees which is about 50% of our average home support so that's good for us. still puzzles me why we don't take that to Luton.

If akinde plays we will have a chance, but from what Allen said we have no fit strikers I don't include Batt!!!

Will be a good atmosphere let's hope we beat the chavs

I am confident that this is all mind games by MA and that Akinde will start.

Stevenage appear to be signing a new team before kickoff. Two loan signings in the last hour

Turns out Allen was telling the truth. No strikers

Stephens, Hoyte, Johnson, Dembele, N'Gala, Weston, Gambin, Togwell, Champion, Batt, Hackett

Subs
McKenzie-Lyle (GK), Sesay, Randall, Muggleton, Taylor, Tomlinson, Shomotun

Can't see us scoring.

Ronnie Henry, Luke Wilkinson, Fraser Franks, Keith Keane, Aaron O'Connor in the Stevenage team today. Three cheers for the Luton B team! :bg:

This has been dire stuff! And the linesman on the main stand side has been worse than both teams too!

A battling team effort considering we had a very depleted team. Stevenage are awful.

Highlight of the game was akinde, Nelson, Yiadom and Gash in the away end leading a load of the singing top blokes.

We desperately need akinde and Yiadom playing, very tight at the back but no goalscoring threat. Hackett and Randall look like good loan signings,

Man of the match was Dembele a monster at the back.

Refeeree very weak gave everything to stevenage

Awful game, stevenage dreadful, us not much better. FYI Randall is ours, not a loanee!

The game was awful but great to have Nelson Yids Akinde and Gash in the stands with everyone.

What worries/annoys/concerns me with us is that we don't actually change how we play based on who we have on the pitch. Akinde up front? Lump it in the air. Batt upfront? Lump it in the air. My nan upfront? Lump it in the air.

What I also noticed is how Hackett has clearly been advised to pump it long instead of creating which he is clearly capable of doing. It made him look a far worse player than he is in the first half.
