Not ashamed to say i had tears in my eyes for the last 20 minutes, emotional and harrowing to watch but i'm glad i decided to watch something i knew would be upsetting.

Tough watch, but very compassionate and highlights the clear backwards thinking of people who reject the right to die.

Plenty of moments throughout pushed me over the edge..., the fact he seemed so incredibly likable made it even harder to watch.

A guy who got diagnosed with MND. Goes through the stages of it progressing and him going to Basel.

Very powerful and it makes you think about human morality a lot.

Didn't see it but saw a few documentaries on euthanasia when I was at college. Why are we so draconian on this subject over here that we let thousands of people who want to end their lives in their own way have to go to Switzerland? You wouldn't let an animal suffer like that.

I've recorded it and hoping to get time to watch it this weekend. Been a bit surprised by the positive write-ups in the sense that programmes centred around a subject such as euthanasia are usually accused of not being straight down the middle but it seems this one was.

My 'rents watched it, and apparently it wobbled my Dad a bit and he's not an emotional person in the slightest. Suspect it's because they're a similar age and perhaps similar in personality, although I'll not know that until I watch it.
