My Grimsbys finest v Grimsby left overs thread , was not reference to an actual game , it was in fact a new singings/ getting a bit of banter going thread ....typical pre season fayre .. how is that 'Not Relevant ' and warrants a delete ......are we going to delete anything football related cos the seasons not starated yet ?

Wind back through the last year mate , they were queuing up to take the mickey out of one of my threads , so much so I joined in cos I hate feeling left out ! .....where's the sense of humour ? ....no one has anything against your team or town or fans , but when some are saying you're a 'big' club , you can't expect us not to have a pop .....I only hope Oakroader never wasted one of his poems in the now infamous 'lost thread '

It was deleted as it was quite clearly a billy big bollocks thread which will end up in insults that aren't tolerated on the forum. A couple of comments were also leaning that way. If you want to comment on stealing a couple of clubs players then there is something called the confirmed transfer thread.

Also you could have just sent a PM instead of creating a new thread which has no relevance to football.

Grimsby fans are great people as you say , I'm glad you can sign 2 perhaps 3 of thier players and they just accept it , and in no way whatsoever try to claim they are a big club and wonder what 'little ' Hartlepool have got that they haven't ..
