In relation to my lifetime:

1) Would have started Scott Murray in the 2004 PO final vs Brighton.

2) Would have moved Bradley Orr positionally at the time he broke his cheekbone in the PO final vs Hull - he'd been superb for us all season, and then when he went off our best central midfielder got put in to fill his position, and it all went wrong from there.

Hard to say which individual thing you could change in my life supporting Leeds back at the turn of the millennium as it was a culmination of problems really. In more recent times I'd go back to January 2011. Right in the promotion hunt with a fantastic attacking team but would allow Grayson to strengthen at the back. Would have gone up with a couple of strong signings that window I think.

1) Sacking Mick McCarthy (correct decision) but the timing and replacement made were terrible decisions. We interviewed proven managers such as Alan Curbishley and Steve Bruce, but we went with Mick's trusty 2nd in command in Terry 'clipboard' Connor. 13 games and 0 wins later we were relegated.

2) The day Jez Moxey ever came to the club

3) Signing a team with the average age of about 45 when we were first promoted to them Prem in 2003. Most of our signings were old past it players looking for one last payday (Steffan Iverson, Oleg Luzhny, Dennis Irwin, etc).

For me the sacking of Warnock after relegation from Premier League, we would be nowhere near in situation we are in now if we kept Warnock in charge and I wasn't his biggest fan but after several bad appointments we are where we are and hope Adkins can help us do a Southampton in good time.

I'd go back to 1883 and prevent Bristol Rovers from being formed. The existence of a second club in a city that generally doesnt care about football has prevented either team from achieving anything of note imho. (they might say the same about us, but I think we've got more claim to that!)

Being honest, what would you say is the supporter ratio in Bristol of City and Rovers? 70/30?

Maybe 1961, when Don Revie applied to become Bournemouth manager. The story goes that we approached Leeds' directors to complete the move (as Revie was a player-coach there at the time). They wrote a letter of recommendation to Bournemouth stating what a brilliant coach Revie was, and they asked us to pay £6000 in compensation because he was so great. We refused to pay. Shortly after Leeds appointed Revie as their manager instead.

The rest is history, Leeds had decades of growth and success, and we bobbed around the lower leagues.

Until now that is.

Who knows what direction the two clubs would have gone in through the 60s and 70s had we paid that money and made Revie Bournemouth manager?

Living in North Bristol myself, it's more Gas than City here, but overall probably about 65/35.
