- Finding a car battery to power the PA for Henry Cow (1972) in a room at Reading University London Road site. Therre was a power cut and much home-grown had been smoked;
- Distant sound of the Proclaimers playing the Singapore F1 Grand Prix, heard from a nearby cracking restaurant (2012).
