Just spoke to the resident Coventry fan JoeJoeJoeJoe about Ryan Kent; he said that he's got a lot of potential but little end product. 1 goal and 0 assists in 17 games with Coventry last term.

See what Heckingbottom can do with him, but he's got big boots to fill.

I completely agree. Isgrove's 1 goal and 3 assists in 36 games might be an unattainable target for young Kent. Time will tell.

I like Taylor but don't kid yourself that he's better than Kent. Kent stood out in a Coventry team that were top of the league. Taylor struggled to get going in a Peterborough side that massively underachieved last year.

You do realise Taylor scored 13 and assisted 5. If that's struggling to get going, then I'd love to see him at full tilt.

You do come across extremely bitter about everything.

Kent is regarded as one of the best prospects for his age out of the top academies.
And regarding Moncur... 1 man doesn't make a team, he scored around 15 from midfield in a relegated side and is of a good age for us to develop.

Gregory is a good player, but his record in the champ last time out was for the most part woeful and he's older than Bradshaw who is having his first crack at it.
Also when you look at the prices for both it's a no brainer going for Bradshaw over Gregory.

Kent will go on to do nothing in his career just as all the others before him have, that are supposedly massive prospects. Reality is if they're going to be this star they're supposed to be, they'd be in their parent clubs sides now, not being shipped out to no mark clubs like Barnsley.

Gregory scored 9 in this division last time in a relegated Millwall side. Bradshaw won't score that in a relegated Barnsley side.

Kent didn't really stand out btw.
