This is like a kids match where the parents are shouting "get stuck in," resulting in players running to the ball and kicking it aimlessly.

I remember someone trying to tell me Rooney was better than David Villa once. Weird.

Opposing the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre!!!!
Yes, he has. He's managed to stay on his feet for the best part of the first half and his driving runs and penetrating passes have been really good. Don't agree with this offering from Mustard though 'It's wasted having him sit back and instead have Milner and Henderson struggle to create anything.'

SC says "

Wilshere hasn't been stupidly good or anything but he's been our best player (again) by a mile".
A mile? Again? This is the first England game I've seen him play when he isn't playing the majority of the game sat on his fucking arse instead of being stood up. Really? Nah!

I agree he was the best player in the first half though, but the cumfest over him is a bit over the top.

The full backs delivery has been nothing short of an embarrassment every time.

Jones isn't even a full back, nor does he have the traits to be one, and Bertrand has been OK defensively, but going forward has offered nowt.

What comfest? Wilshere is better in and around the box, finding pockets of space between the lines.

Southerners tend to stick together, you can't slag off someone from the south of England without being labelled as some sort of witch doctor. England is basically their team anyway, Tory south of England.

I'd like to point out that even the mighty Leon Clarke scored against this goalkeeper this season.

It's not a cumfest though is it? The only reason anybody said anything was because some idiot said 'Jack Wilshere has been nothing short of abysmal', which is a laughable statement.

Wilshere has completely run the show for England in his last several performances, what are you talking about?

Except for the years when the England team was almost exclusively picked from Man United and Liverpool you mean.

In terms of support I mean. Maybe when England toured the country it was a bit more equal, but now England are supported by almost exclusively people with southern accents. Terrible state of affairs and terrible people.

HERE WE GO!

If he has an England career half as good as David Nugent's, it will have been a success.

Please, don't lump me in with the south of England. I am a Londoner. There are few places outside of major cities that I can make positive generalisations about, north or south.

Yeah, you're boss and most people from London are. I'm just being a dick on purpose.

But yeah, all QPR fans are like Gideon Osborne.

If Ireland get to the euros they're going to go further than England.

Got to feel sorry for Charlie Austin....how the fuck has Vardy gone on before him? Without his pace he'd be playing in the Vanarama North.

"He runs the channels as good as anyone" - Andy Townsend.

Most baffling England selection I can remember.

In other news, that FA Cup final appears to have ruined Shay Given's ability to do anything right.
