Is CANE the new WABLO?

There's no doubting the fact we are CANE! Although some of the other mentioned CANE's have been relegated to League 1 in last 10 years

Forget WABLO or CANE. Is there a word for constantly bouncing up and down in between and never really getting anywhere? CABLO? Or WANE maybe more appropriate.

Notts County are certainly not WABLO, they were in League Two for ages, and then had a brief and shite spell in League One before returning to League Two. Tranmere were definitely WABLO and Oldham are the kings of WABLO.
