This is the fixture that allows Lancy and other Burnley 'fans' to get their own back on my cheap shots at Jason Shackell's luxury Texan wife and their fruitless search for a marital pad in Derby.

It couldn't come at a worse time for Wolves. We don't do Novembers.
November is when we are supposed to be playing Rotherham, Bristol City, MK Dons and Rotherham where we will only lose 1-0 or have a chance of a draw, rather than against high-flying teams who could well take us to the cleaners.

I predicted 0-0 against Bristol City and got one of those scores correct. Ours.

Our manager (Kenny Jackett, CV available upon request and can be translated into Yorkshire if needed, lad) will tinker with the team, and our expected line up is.....

Coady

Afobe -- Ikeme -- Ojo -- Gary Breen

Flatt -- John Major -- Iorfa -- Ebanks-Blake

Holt -- Martinez

I appreciate that putting Grant Holt up front is a real gamble for Jackett, as he has played there before, but he has agreed to wear a Mod parka with a big target on the back.

Burnley will win 2-0, if they play shit and are only down to 9 men after 35 minutes, and the scoreline will flatter us a bit. In the post-match interview, Jackett will mutter about naivety and the team lacking "a bit of creativity". (You think, Kenny? We hadn't noticed).

Crowd could be our lowest for a home Saturday league game for almost 9 years (16,700 in Jan 2007 against Cardiff City and I recall that game had travel restrictions in place for away fans), but obvs not as low as an ordinary Saturday at St Andrews.

Yeh, I'm feeling really pessimistic this week.

We've been on a really good run lately, confidence is high and so I'd back us to get a result against anyone.

Having said that, I work in Wolverhampton and I'd love to have the bragging rights over my colleagues. So obviously that means we'll lose.

If our players put as much effort into the game as they do to talking to the papers, we might win.

Well that was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon...

The only positive is that at least our defence is 100x better with Mike Williamson in it rather than Kourtney Hause.
