As the JPT gets underway:
How do you think your team will get on in this years competition?
Who do you think will win this years Johnstone's Paint Trophy?

Quite enjoyed the Orient game last night, was a decent end to end game with some good attacking football on display. I've forgotten what that looks like watching us recently, we've been dreadfully boring. We had a bye last night, can this be considered a cup run?

I have to say that I went on Deepdale last night to watch my lilywhites v Shrewsbury and it had to be one of the worst games of football I've ever seen. It was a good job they were our second team because if we played like that in the League, we would probably fit into the 4th tier of English football. However, Callum Woods looked sharp and Hugill continues his cup scoring fever, hopefullly turning that into the league sometime soon. It was nice to see Kyel Reid get a run out for 20 minutes after recoving from rupturing his Anterior Cruciate Ligament in January. To be fair, Shrewsbury only had one chance on goal to win it and that was late on, with Stuckmann equalling the header. That would have taken it to penalties. The way shrewsbury played, you could tell they were fresh from relegation. All the best to them in the future. For now, I'm just in ore of the vanishing spray being used on the Deepdale turf for the first time. Long may this continue in the league format in years to come.
What am I going to do with no football for 10 days
I hate international friendlies
All they do is spelll injuries :)

I'm with you, I absolutely cannot stand international breaks, especially for crappy pointless friendlies. It's clear by tonight's England sales that the entire population can't be bothered to watch the side either!

Thankyou, someone that agrees with me. At the moment, 5 members of our squad have left to go and play a part in a pointless, injury freak friendly in which they will either come back no longer in form, injured or have no confidence as they've just been battered by a far better team like Germany. There's no need for them, the Euro's qualifiers gives them enough pratice to play with each other. I mean at the end of the day, they are professional footballers
