Looking at just the basic numbers so far hes been the bsst keeper in the league.... just over Vigouroux. Crocombe is apparently saving a 0.54 goals a game as it stands, whilst also making the 3rd most saves per game.

Vigs was the other keeper I was tempted to go with. I was thinking of trying to get a 6 with Swindon and Ex-Swindon players. But I reckon I might go with an Orient M/F as and when, alternatively now I've not got Burge I can look at Cobblers forwards who are having a great season so far.

Yeah, he's been a big part of our good start in terms of GA. There's been a few occasions that the defence have been caught out and he's been on hand. The most pleasing thing about him for me is command of the area. The last time we were in this division the penalty area was a complete mess, balls bouncing all over the shop. Waterfall, Smith and Crocombe seem to have a good understanding and are racking up the game time together now.

Deserve our lead at half-time Need a second because we always seem to struggle to see out games.

2 defeats on the spin have caused me to have a rethink. I want to replace Telford but with a home game against Stockport could see a return. All 3 of my M/F are at home so I think I'll leave that with Johnson going as captain and I will just make a tweak at the back replacing Burge with Crocombe. Therefore my new team is....

GK: Crocombe (Grimsby)
DEF: Bristow (Tranmere)
DEF: Critchlow (Bradford)

M/F: Telford (Crawley)
M/F: Jephcott (Swindon)
M/F: Johnson (Walsall) - Captain

I do probably want to change Critchlow at some stage as Bradford are just not keeping the clean sheets that I had hoped for. However will leave the defence unchanged for now and shake up the attack a bit. I really can't ignore Orient's form and whilst statistically Kelman looks like the best choice I've noticed Orient switched their front 3 around 60/70 minutes and so I'm going to take Moncur who plays the 90 and takes the set pieces. Therefore my new team is

GK: Crocombe (Grimsby)
DEF: Bristow (Tranmere)
DEF: Critchlow (Bradford)

M/F: Moncur (Leyton Orient) - Captain
M/F: Jephcott (Swindon)
M/F: Johnson (Walsall)

Critchlow struggling with a hip knock at the moment and might not play tomorrow, so now might be the perfect time for a switch.

Sorry folks, had to dash up north late notice for a bit of an emergency so I’ll update this when I’m back. Next week there will be no fixtures as I’m going to Italy. As there are 22 teams (including averages) I have 4 weeks pencilled in for some breaks

Back home Saturday from what has been the worst weather the amalfi coast has ever seen. Fixtures will be played this weekend but won’t have time to work them out before hand. So feel free to make adjustments to your team. I’ll then go through the last set of results and this weeks after I am back for a marathon of points and prizes.. minus the prizes.
