If there is no Championship members wanting to run it, I'll do it alongside the L1 game if enough people are interested?

I'd prefer to just start a brand new game from scratch though so would disregard everything Tom and roversfan have done.

Also, JJH can I be given the option to amend the thread title on this like you can when you are the OP? Or would it be easier to just close this and me start a new thread?

Yeah mate, there would definitely be the interest as there have been the last couple of seasons, just no-one willing to run it this season.
